Nigerian American abstract maestro (born 1966)

Odili Donald Odita (born 18 February 1966) is expert Nigerian American abstract painter who lives and works in Metropolis, Pennsylvania.[1] His work explores pigment both in the figurative progressive context and in the sociopolitical sense.

His vibrant large-scale abstract have been described as "showstoppers"[2] and are considered to muster questions about race and society.[3] Most of Odita's work review inspired by the vibrant fabric of his home country, Nigeria, mixed with patterns from Midwestern modernity.

Early life and education

Odita was born on 18 Feb 1966, in Enugu, Nigeria.
